Planning

General

The Parish Council has a legal right to see copies of planning applications and to express our views. We do not make decisions on planning, this is done by the District Council through its planning committee and officers.

To view the latest planning applications for Coddenham, click Planning Applications.

A new page will open. Click on the "Weekly/Monthly" tab, then select "Monthly" and, from the scroll down "Parish" list, select "Coddenham".

If nothing appears in the current month, select the previous month to check as well. Of course, you can also use this link to check historic applications.

Planning decisions are also listed via the same link

The agenda for each Parish Council meeting will show which planning applications are being reviewed (these are made public on the website and on parish noticeboards at least 5 days before the meeting), and the minutes for each meeting capture the outcome of these reviews.

Councillors Rob Denning and Sarah Gregory have undertaken the lead on reviewing and commenting on planning matters for the Council, which often has to be done at very short notice. In the meantime, parishioners are encouraged to let us know if you have any views which the Parish Council should take into account as part of any planning consultation. Please e-mail the Clerk to the Council, Maggie Burt: clerk.coddenhampc@gmail.com or Councillors Gregory and Denning at cllrsarahgregory@gmail.com and coddenhamcllr.robdenning@gmail.com
